Wonderful experience this morning, the cannabis expert was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Deserves a raise for sure!
I used to love this place but today I went there and this manger tried telling me they don't do refunds after he sold me the wrong product I literally walked out didn't even make it to my car when I realized they sold me the wrong product walked right back in receipt in hand and he argues with me saying he can't do refund even tho he made the mistake it was literally 20 min of bs till he finally gave my money back
And the whole time he's talking down to me like I made the mistake big difference between flower n shatter. It's not worth the savings canna please never has a manager takes to me this way brutal
I have to say the customer service is amazing here. They remember what you like/what your regular order is, they are friendly, helpful and give good suggestions on other products. Ive been coming here since it opened and its my #1 choice in the city. Thanks for always giving me a good experience.
Has the same stuff in week after week staff says they can't control it, no new offerings of value and the elite membership makes budget products market price. Pretty sure the only reason the "The One Shop Stop" sign is still up is cause One Plant is walking distance.
Edit: Changing my review after that completely automated and out of touch response. Do better
So much to choose from, but super stoked they had my favourite 1SPLIFF doobs!
