Sorry everyone, this is probably the most unorganized and poorly managed canna cabanna in calgary. Ive been shopping at canna cabanna for years now i try to avoid this location unless i have to. Poor selection, unfriendly, defensive staff. Ive been waiting here for half our waiting for thw washroom sign to come down. Hense why im writing this. Fair warning.
The location is nice. The website doesn't reflect what is in store, which is annoying.
I previously gave this location 4 stars but had to reduce it to 2. Again, I was preshopping on the website and selected a product I wanted. The site said there were 2 left, but when I went to the location I was told there was none. I checked the website again and it still stated there were 2. I added them to my cart to see if the site would allow that, knowing they didnt have any in store and the site did allow me to add it to my cart. I looked again and got a notice saying the item was removed because my elite membershio expired, but it has not expired. When I check the membership area under my log in, it says I have 504 days before it expires. This frustrating experience repeats itself every time I am on the website. So disappointing and not a good customer experience at all.
Plenty of other shops in the area that don't require you to let them scan your ID before you can enter.
Walked up to this store with my gf. An employee barked through the intercom "IDs!" . Lady. Maybe say hi first? I have no problem showing you my ID but maybe be a decent human and be polite. We're also both 30 years old so maybe hop off your high horse. She just seemed like a truly miserable human being. Not at all interested in going here. Highland buds up the street is incredibly friendly and cheaper. Go to highland Buds for a nice experience.
They have one employee that always picks the best thing for me. Look for the girl that you can't tell if she,s Latino or native Canadian
