If I could negative stars I would. Went down to get some vapes and was told I'm on a do not serve list because somebody stole while I was in the store they had filed a police report. This is absolute BS. I've been a loyal customer to this Location since August 2024 and now I'm being accused of being a thief because somebody else decided to steal from them because their employee couldn't lock a goddamn cabinet. Do not shop here because you might be accused of being a thief if some stranger decides to steal from the store while you are shopping.
I had previously left a five star review, but I take it back.
Was in around 11am on Saturday the 16th, I appreciate good customer service as someone who has worked in the industry for a very long time and wanted to give some recognition to the amazing young lady who was working while I was in!! She was fabulous with me and any/all types of customers who were in at the same time. It goes a long way these days!! Thank you. :)
This canna wasnt great to go into for a few years, however, there is an East Indian gentleman and a younger long brown haired lady and they make it so much fun to shop. The gentleman recommends THEE BEST PRODUCTS and will even suggest the lowest priced items. The young lady is just a blast. She will give us her suggestions, but will also listen to your opinion. There is a lady with pink hair that is a little off putting but other than that, the shopping experience is amazing.
Also kudos to the gentleman, when we were in the store, there was someone that came in and you could tell us women were a bit uncomfortable. The gentleman took control of the situation, kept the person away from us, did business and got him out of the store as professionally as possible! It was so appreciated!
When I came in Sasha greeted me right away with genuine kindness her knowledge is top tier and not to mention my dog LOVED her he's very shy but she took her time and even gave him a treat definitely our favourite shop to go to! If you ever get the chance to get helped by her you're definitely in good hands she is so kind and patient which is hard to come across this days
