This store is always a good vibe. Some fun moments. Had a pleasant experience with Amanda today.

I have been a fairly regular customer here for over than two years. Anyways, I went to buy a vape and right away I was told that you need to provide your Id physically. I didn't have my id on me so I went back to my place and came back again after some time with my id.
When I do come back they didn't care to check my id at all. Mind you that employee was standing nearby when I came back who said I have to provide my ID but a different cashier didn't even care to ask for ID at all. So my question is why behave in such a rude fashion and I am not referring to that she wanted to check the id but just the way she looked at me and how she talked was disgusted.
and I very well understand it's required by businesses to ask for Id while buying right but how come that rule changes in like less than half an hour
Edit: I never said I had issue with her asking Id but the way she did wasn't professional. Other cashier was pretty decent and neither of the locations north or south ever asked ID for past 2 and half years. Also how do you assume if someone is under 40 or not? That's a silly response from the owner as well. I don't get that. Weird
Didn't catch the name of the girl who served me (blonde, glasses) but she was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the products she had in stock. She even saved me some money by signing me up for an account I can use back in Ontario
I love the staff here, hands down my favorite store in town but when it comes to the ordering whoever does that should speak to the staff there and see what products are selling most. They're constantly shorted at this location and never have the popular stuff in stock.
Always such a great vibe in this store. Love going in and the staff are so friendly and happy!
