Just ordered for delivery.. It was delivered super fast.
Products are great quality and unbeatable prices.The best part is that after delivery, they even call to confirm if delivery was okay and i well received my products. What can you ask for more ?

Prices are good (not always the best but they are always competitive). Products are the same products sold at other stores.
Customer service is the best I have seen out of the cannabis stores in Kingston. I really appreciate how their staff don't openly mock me for being autistic like the staff at 710 Cannabis down the street.
Shop literally down the street from here is like 10x better with way more selection and it's usually much cheaper. The staff and calyx and trichomes have absolutely 0 knowledge on the products, one person tried to sell me distillate as live rosin. When asking about products, they basically just say "well this is the highest thc so it's the best" which is absolutely not how cannabis works. This place has REALLY gone downhill since it used to be called 420 Kingston. Before, I would've highly recommended 420, but now I would honestly tell anyone I know to go to the store that's literally down the street, and infinitely better. At least the staff there know what they're talking about.
EVERY product I've purchased from Calyx and trichomes has been absolute garbage, and about 4-5 times now I've just straight out thrown out what I get once I open it. If you ask them if there's added terps to the rosin, they simply say no, even though it clearly states on the packaging that their IS added flavours.
Idk who runs this place but it's probably the worst dispensary in Kingston. I say that as someone who has spent $1000's of dollars with them purchasing glass. They should've stuck to that, honestly.
I'm honestly disgusted with how I was treated by a staff member, Sarah. From the moment I walked in, she was condescending and acted like I had no idea what I was talking about. Her attitude was arrogant and completely unprofessional. To make it worse, she was giggling as I left, which was incredibly disrespectful. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, staff should treat customers with basic respect, not belittle them.
