I am very concerned about this store. As I understand it, you are owned and operated by Western Cannabis here in Regina. So, why are your Western products so expensive? Why have I been able go to other stores in the city and purchase the Matanuska 28oz for $130, but at your store it is $160? How many of your own products have crazy mark-ups like that? A quick bit of reasearch comparing products to other stores in the city make it clear. A number of products are much cheaper elsewhere. Why is this? I am very confused about that, and it really puts me off the idea of ever coming by again.
I've visited this store many times, seen a lady once or twice. Usually a young gentleman working the counter who was helpful and polite. My last time however different story. It was a lady this time, not very helpful and darn sure not very polite. My truck was in the shop I needed some product as I use cannabis for an aggressive tumor to dull the symptoms. I live a couple blocks away so I throw boots on and go for a stroll. I arrive and ask the lady if she knew "if they had gotten any live resin in stock" she looks at the book and says we have "whatever kind it was" I said sure that sounds good. Rings up the till good to go. I turn to leave as I feel the package. Shoot it's not a cartridge. And I have no way to consume raw product like that. I said "I'm so sorry I need a vape cartridge" looks at me with bit of an eye roll "well maybe you should have started with that" ring served by her a couple times and have been at this location dozens of times it was safe to assume. She hums and haws and says " it's okay i can give you an instant refund we haven't had any issues with it. So return that product and get a vape cartridge. Put my card in declined. Then she says " oh if it's not there it will take 2-4 business days" I just look at her in shock and disbelief and laugh. No she was serious.. all the while in a very rude tone and manner. I could not afford to just get another 50$ product as I had my wives card. I get home tell my wife she looks at her account online the ..
