Guy wasted 15 minutes of my life staring at my ID then denied me because "my picture was too dark" even after I showed him my health card with the same picture. Really stupid if you ask me, at least he wasn't rude
The owner is a terrible person. I am a frequent customer of Hurst next door and every time I'm there, I see him yelling at somebody. Today was the last straw and I have to write this review. He yelled at a group of women calling them very foul names in the comfort of his car (because big tough guy wouldn't dare confront someone face to face) I hope one day he yells at the wrong person and teaches him a nice lesson. Take your money and spend it elsewhere, I've heard his products are trash anyway.
Ridiculous staff turnaround. Owner is beyond rude and aggressive. Thought with new ownership a few years back this place would improve. And it did for a bit. However, within the past year it's just gone downhill. It's not the same store it used to be. Staff here used to care and always welcomed you with a smile. I'm going across the street. I wish I noticed they were there sooner. (I'm a stoner. Cut me some slack.)
