Should've gone to Cana Cabana instead. Was at this location yesterday after work looking for a deal as always. After a few minutes of speaking with the employee on site, telling her I was looking for an AIO 1g vape and deliberating between 2 options, I went with the 1964 blue dream labeled at 1g for $23.99 on the board as she recommended the live resin. It's not until I make it to the door that I realize the cartridge was a 0.5 g. After turning around, I had to wait in line again for about 10 minutes while the employee was back and forth getting things from the back dealing with another customer. She saw I was standing in line again, and eventually I was helped out. I mentioned to her the board was wrong in the quantity, and that I had only selected it as per that and her advice. She told me she missed that herself and they should have 1gs because they do at her other location. I asked if there was a way to honour the posted price, to which she said "no, but you can buy two at regular price". I guess Value Buds price matches everyone but themselves! What's the point of a menu if the prices aren't correct? Don't come back here, it's a waste of time.
I want to express my deep disappointment with the customer service at this location. As a regular customer, I expected a courteous and professional treatment. However, in the last 9 visits, I have been met with disdain and a lack of interest. Specifically, three employees have displayed these behaviors: a man with a hippie look, a black woman, and a black man. Only one employee, of Asian or Latino origin, has treated me with kindness and respect. This not only affects my experience, but it also makes me feel discriminated against. I will not return to shop here, and I hope this feedback leads to real change in their service. Thank you, just be a nice human, that it!!!
Great dispensary but I recently got a weed cartridge and it was very good but frequently got clogged because it had been stored upside down and I don't know if you can do anything about that but it is very annoying to have to let it heat up enough before I can hit it.
Asking a 45 years old for ID ? I didn't have my license with me and i show a photo and they kick me out my friend went in , and I couldn't even stay next to door she said go outside wait and in the cold for my friends in very rude , hire your emplyees better way
Been coming here for 2 years but these guys are not truthful, every time I come and have enough points for rise rewards they say u don't have enough points. While I just checked on the app I do never going to this location
