Best staff is the entire Guelph and KW area without a doubt. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable and not just trying to sell whatever brand when with the stores display swag.
Whether you're seasoned or new to the space this is definitely the spot to check out. If you're traveling from out of town and want a good experience and dont want to pay the highest price, then THIS IS THE SPOT!.

Long overdue for this review. It's been a couple of months since I left Waterloo, but the service from Tom at Uptown Herb really set the standard for every dispensary I've visited since. The vibe is always great, the staff are knowledgeable, and the selection is solid. Easily the best shop in Uptown Waterloo—hands down
This place is my go to. The people running the place are very knowledgable with amazing service and stock that keeps me coming back. These folks have a real passion for their work and I respect that heavy!!
