From the second I walked in, she was super welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I had a few questions and she took the time to really explain everything without making me feel rushed at all. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find exactly what they're looking for. That's a star employee and I will most definitely be raving about her to my friends.
Her recommendations were spot on, and the whole experience felt relaxed, friendly, and personable. It honestly made such a difference having someone so patient and informed helping me out.
If you're heading to Twisters, definitely ask for Kassy, you won't be disappointed!! 💚🙌
All the staff are kind and helpful and if you request products they will bring them in for you. Overall the prices and selection are better than the other store in town :)
The staff is awesome like better than any other. But a 10 dollar mark up isn't needed especially when there isn't a lot there this time around. I am a regular there and have noticed this a few times. Maybe order a little extra or plan orders better.
