Rude staff, extremely unhelpful. All he did was keep pointing at the screen. Not much variety, only bought something out of pressure from the employee when they didn't have what I needed.
Will not return.
I had stopped visiting this location for a while due to a previous experience with poor customer service from one of the guy staff. However, I visited again today because other stores didn't have what I needed.
I was helped by a very kind lady who provided excellent customer service. She also told me their vape shop, which I didn't even know they had. They carry a wide variety of vape products and other items, which was great to see, I had a much better experience this time.
Great customer service! Super convenient to buy my kush & vapes at the same time.:) definitely my new go to store!
Got hundreds of dap pens from them without a problem but the one time I do have a problem they can't help, I bought a dab pen yesterday and my dogs broke it while still full, go to take it back to see if there's anything they can do and nope, 50$ down the drain, some staff are really friendly but won't be going here anymore sadly
