Good selection of small amounts up to ounces. Quality strains as well. Little pricey at times but you can offset that by shopping the sales. Whatever is on sale that week - they'll reduce older stock to make way for new stock and you can get some really good deals on top producers, using those sale items.
Friendly people. They resolved a couple of issues I had with my points disappearing which turned out to be the website guys deleting my account bc my phone number showed up on my wife's account and they deleted what they thought was a dupe. Anyways was great they took the time to figure out what happened and made it right.
I had an issue regarding getting the proper capsules of CBD. I emailed Tokyo on a Saturday and was answered within the hour. They resolved my issue immediately. I have to say that I have never had a company care so much. Tokyo deserves a 10/10 for their customer service. The manager was amazing.
Got email to pickup gift.... LIES. ... no gift. Tokyo points stolen? No points for me.... Tokyo raised prices. Better prices and service elsewhere
