Horrible experience with the manager at beamsville. Very argumentative. I asked for my disability to be accommodations since I'm home bound. Definitely lost my business for the future!
Always very friendly staff, good selection of products in store.
A 3.5G container, I buy this back in December and I tried to get them to fix this issue.... The store manager says because they weren't the ones that packed the container, it's not their responsibility to fix it.... Basically ripped me off... I called the packing company, they told me that THE STORE WHO SOLD ME THE container, IS responsible for their merchandise they sell, not the packing company.
I truly hope you guys lose enough business to close your shop.
Toke is the place to go! Staff are Knowledgeable and friendly. Shop in store or i can get delivered to my door. Twila and Kat where so friendly and helpful, there suggestions where bang on. Thank you!
Always wondered why they never seem to have customers but they Can't even handle regulars so doesn't surprise me they get bare minimum for customers highly suggest using the one on Ontario a few feet away they have better bud tenders
