Hi I went to split leaf for some pre rolled weed now I'm really stupid because I forgot the person name dam embarrassing but anyway he was very pleasant to talk to about the different strains of the weed i love it when you can go into a place and have fun talking while making a sale it just gets me to by more from split leaf 10/10 5 stars across the board good job 👍🏻
Very disappointed and upset over the customer service I recieved today from the 2 older ladies around 350pm. The Grey haired lady comes out of the back saying we had a discussion about a certain product when I asked if they had any. I said who me and joking said was it bad or good she goes bad when you returned the frizzle? I said what is that that was not me never heard of that then they said we'll the other person looks identical to you I said I never have made a return. They still insisted it was me. I usually go in the evening late after work and never see them the guy working is excellent and very helpful was in yesterday and he was great to deal with. However after the way I was treated by those 2 older ladies I won't be back I am Indigenous so we must all look alike to those two. Very disappointed and angry we were good customers there alot and those two have ruined it and I will be sure to tell our friends and family to go to 420 where they will not be falsely accused and be treated with kindness and respect.
I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so friendly and always happy to help
