Today I bought good supply dutchies Indica from the store and it was my first time visiting there so I always buy Indica dutchies but when I tried to lit my joints the whole thing bursted and all weed came out leaving the cones empty. I called them about 5 minutes ago a lady on the other side told me we have never had this kind of complaint before but I hadn't called back for the 11 dollar refund or something i just wanted to let them know there is an issue here. I told her I have the photos too but then again I felt that they weren't even interested and this was not the best way to treat a customer as I just wanted an assurance that yes it can happen sometimes
and we can definitely let company know or offer you replacement or you can visit us but it was more about it's Not us and I felt like I was being pointed out as a liar or someone who is making some story up for 11 dollars . I will post photo below both joints were left with cones empty and now I am placing an order on uber eats from another store costing me three times the amount but I will never ever go to This store again. It's not about money it's about how you deal with customers. We all can have different experiences so each to own but I would say quality is not on point and customer service is not the best here as even if she would have offered me a refund or replacement I would have been like thank you I but the attitude made me feel like I am making some story up. Don't order delivery from here if you want it soon, I made an order for a couple things had to call them twice to hear excuses why they're being , slow, after a couple hrs I just canceled, don't waste your time
PS after I cancelled my order they informed me it would take 5 business days to get my 35.00 back, save yourself time and aggravation , WAY too many options in Burlington
Owner replies with I'm sorry it's a rare occurrence… read all the other reviews, lots with delivery delays, I ordered from another dispensary on the app got it in 12 minutes…. Save your money and time
Roll into this shop and say High to Hunter. Ask about how you can help bring the culture back to our industry by avoiding those brands that take shortcuts and remediate their products. Support those brands that take the time to do things right.
