Crappy Selection, Overpriced, uninformed staff…. You can find the same product with a better selection to choose from at a better price point and find better staff at any other pot shop….. this is one of those weed shops that are good for ppl who dont really smoke pot
I was in here this evening while a nightmare of a customer was being shitty to one of your staff. He was so professional and kind during the interaction. I figured I'd take a minute to review and mention how lovely your staff always are assuming this woman will be on here shortly to talk about poor customer service or whatever garbage she wants to spew. Thanks for always being so great!
Have been smoking for last 7 years in different parts of the world.. Never got this good of a experience buying canabis.. Jack helped me this morning to choose the right strain and gave me bunch of info on lot of new products.
This is my go to dispensary. I absolutely love the staff here, they always have fantastic recommendations, are friendly, and greet me by name when I walk in. I moved to a different part of the city temporarily last year, but even after going to the dispensaries closer to that residence this was still my preferred location and I would take the time to come to this store. Thankfully it's no longer on the other side of the city from me, but even if it was I would still take the time to go here.
Adult life sometimes has this exhausting default setting where everyone feels like an obstacle and the noise inside your own skull is constant.
But every once in a while an interaction pulls you out of that mindset, and offers an important little reminder that we are all in this together.
