Extremely disappointing experience!!!
My friend and I came into the store excited to check out the products for the first time, but we were completely ignored by the bearded staff member working there.
From the moment we walked in, he showed no interest in assisting us. There was no greeting, no offer of help, and no effort to make us feel welcome. Instead, he looked at us as if we were invisible or not worth his attention, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable.
Came in and simply asked if a stain was in stock and was met with terrible attitude. Didn't offer a substitute and almost seemed annoyed by me asking.
Might have just been having a bad day though and we're all human just def won't be returning to this location after that. Too much competition in this area to be acting like that with customers.

Don is really good at what he does. The customer service is phenomenal unlike those down the road at Havok Smoke. I will recommend others, thank you so much Don. Give him a raise! He's the sweetest EVERY TIME I come to the store.
