High prices, good service definitely not lowest price guaranteed. When asked that, they do price matching, they say yes, then it depends on the employee's mood. Whether or not they're going to price match it for you. And then on top of that, one employee says, yes, within a 5 km radius. One employee says within a ten kilometer radius.One employee says you have to show it to us in the checkout of the website. One employee says, oh sorry, we can't price match it to a corporation.Even though one plant is now a corporation. Very misleading. None of the employees know their own store policy regarding price matching. Always price match.As they are usually fifty percent more expensive than the competition
One Plant took over a great store (Yerba Buena) and promptly tore the store apart then left it an unfinished mess. They no longer have my favorite products and now are often out of stock on many items. I feel sorry for the staff as none of this is their fault and they are the only good thing I can say about One Plant.
I will be shopping at Sessions in future to not waste my time only to be told at One Plant "we don't have those anymore".
Again the staff is the only good I can say about the store.
Donald at One Pot Cannabis Dispensary provided an excellent experience. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and created a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. I appreciated how quickly he understood what I was looking for and offered helpful recommendations with great energy. Highly recommend stopping in and asking for Donald if you want friendly, professional service.
