Dakota and Cassidy (sorry if misspelled) are the best! Been coming to this location for a while and the store is spot-clean and well-kept. Staff are welcoming and knowledgeable about their products, especially Dakota and Cassidy. On separate occasions, they informed and taught me about what are the best products to get and how to use them. I was quite surprised receiving exceptional customer service. Upgrading my battery also solved my issue, thanks!
One Plant Ajax is a great store, the staff always welcoming and ready to help and they know their products. Pricing is average for the area with most other stores charging higher costs. Get a membership for discounts. Nothing bad to say about this store and its one of my two go tos in Ajax.
