Walked in trying to get the deal of the month. He looked up the same brand, same product for me; just different amount. Ended up spending more than what I expected, but also walked away with more value!

Mike was fantastic and took the time to explain various products and help me find items that would suit exactly what I wanted! Great customer service is hard to come by these days but Mike reminded me what it looks like!
Aidan was completely amazing. He helped me out with what I needed. I had an idea about what I wanted but he explained ALL the options available to me and was even trying to make it so I bought the right item without overspending and making sure I was happy with my purchase and knew what to do.
I have never had a bad experience in the Barrie or Orillia store, your staff is amazing, knowledgeable and super friendly.
