Highly recommend for a first time buyer! Great selection and a welcoming atmosphere. Gavin was especially helpful—friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience.
So since having that bad service on sunday, now i am proud to say i had one of the most nicest interactions with the manager. She was extremely nice and sweet about the past transaction and made a big effort to make me feel good about ordering from them again!

HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Ordered an HOUR before open. was given a time for 10 am, it is now 11:20 am and i have called the store NUMEROUS times and get nothing.... than the guy working tells me to call the delivery guy and he says hey i have other orders yet the guy in the store told me hes gonna send him right away... now im being told by the delivery guy to call back and get them to fix it in the system... I DONT WORK FOR YOU, and you guys are out here taking up my time!
If I could give them no stars I would this company does not stand by their quote of one hour free delivery this is the third time that I have ordered from them and it has been way over an hour of me waitingI sent in an order for a 510 vape cartridge as well as a battery around 11:30 AM. It is now currently 3:02 PM I have made multiple calls to the store with no answer. Also sent emails and nothing has been said back. And no Attempt to reach me about my order
