Ive dealt with Eric, Abby and now Tegan and each time the staff at Kasa Kana in Gravenhurst has blown me away. These young and knowledgeable professionals take the time to understand your needs and their recommendations always deliver. My husband is legally blind and so we take advantage of a wide range of cannabis products and they somehow always manage to assist in a friendly, professional and compassionate manner. Kasa Kana has earned a new regular here!
I'm a big fan of the store, atmosphere, staff and inventory.
These people continue to amaze me with their knowledge, patience and passion for the product.

As someone who has visited many dispensaries, I can safely say I am DEVASTATED that I do not live in Gravenhurst so I can visit this shop often. From the inviting layout, to the list of some really great hidden gems, this store is kind of everything I need. Pricing was phenomenal. Biggest thing to note is the STAFF! I was served by the store manager and two other staff when visiting with friends and I cannot stress enough that these people deserve AT LEAST $500 an hour 😏 I was sad I had to leave them at work and couldn't scoop them up for a smoke sesh! Nicest gang around (with good knowledge as well) Look forward to the day I can return :)
I have never had a bad experience here. The staff are friendly, welcoming & knowledgable. You can tell they love what they sell & have never steered me the wrong way.
The bosses are awesome, super down to earth people & an absolute pleasure to chat with.
Imo, best store in Ontario, 100% ;)
