Just got out of a terrible relationship on Maple and moved back downtown. It's been 11 years or so and I feel like a tourist in the city I was born in. Met a kind, helpful soul at this location 💜 Big up to my new friend Syd 🔫🔫🔫you were kind, so very helpful and you earned my trust. I am so very loyal to all people who take care of me! I visited this location for the first time earlier in the month and I must say, I am not impressed by the basic customer service that was lacking. I asked the girl (sounds like her name is crystal based on the negative reviews) if they had a certain product. She didn't even attempt to look it up. She abruptly told me no. Didn't offer any suggestions. And the way she looked at me...as if I was garbage. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years. If I treated someone like that, I'd be fired. She's a terrible first contact representative for your establishment.
