Had a great experience here, great selection of products and the people who work here seem to have great expertise. I was helped by Ella who was great at giving product recommendations, ended up trying some new things and loved all of them, will definitely be coming back

I was so pleasantly surprised to see Dennis was working at this location too! I just love his ability to give me the perfect recommendation everytime! This store is also so nice and well stocked. And you can't beat the price!
I have stopped smoking so I don't come here that often anymore, but I'd be remissed if I didn't say that this chain has the correct balance of good staffing and good prices. The slightly cheaper chain nearby (you know the one) is an absolute nightmare to shop at most of the time because of poor staffing and high turnover. Hunny pot clearly has a much better working environment, you can tell in the voices and faces of the employees that they generally have a good time while working. This place does tend to charge about 5-10% more than some cheaper places, but this is a small price to pay for a faster and more satisfying experience. This place also tends to have a good variety of quality products in stock so there's always something new to try! I've had a similarly good experience at the location on bank St as well.
