Staff is great, owner is not so much, everything is super overpriced, selection sucks, no website, unsafe work environment for staff, guy sticks a huge display case in centre of tiny store, completely blocking the employee's view of who's coming and going, I came in same time someone left, and staff wasn't even aware I was in store, until she was startled by me, they need to see who's coming and going big guy,! How hard is it to get a website, you've been open for years now! Ridiculous...

The store is always clean!! When you walk in the employees always great you. They are knowledgeable with any questions. They always seemed to be well stocked.

Im a frequent flyer in Thamesford, and today I went to ingersoll store. Grazyna served me and she is always wonderful, I was so happy to see her at the Ingersoll store today! Great customers service she gave me a run through of where everything was located! Great job!
