Dude with glasses and a beard needs better customer service skills. No hello. No goodbye. And while another customer was deciding what they want, reading product labels, and they weren't even talking to each other, he just had me wait rather offer to check me out quickly. I wouldn't have wrote a review, but he's been a bit rude / unfriendly / poor vibes in the past too. Only saying "Do you have an account?" (I am a regular by the way) is not customer service. The extra tall dude that more often works is great though.

I'm glad I came to check out this location. I met Tristen, who is very charming, and if you have any complex questions about products, he will actively listen and guide you to a tailored and elevated product, or whatever it is you are looking for.
I walked in, unsure. I wanted to try a different brand, especially because I knew what I got, but also because I knew, going in, they didn't have the specific product I wanted. So, I thought I'd ask if there was something similar, and Tristen, without a doubt, knew what I was looking for and provided better options. Now that I've tried a new product and brand, I couldn't be happier.
I am inspired by his knowledge of brands and products, along with his great tips on what to look for when shopping online, which are an asset to Fogtown.
