Hi just want to know how this guy deals with the customer at this cannabis store. I came to the store I have some coins to buy weed with the guy told me I can't accept this coins after he counted the coins and made me wait I been coming for this store over 2 years now I haven't face a problem like this this should get resolved thank you
Customer service is super hit or miss. Sometimes you get very helpful workers but there is 1 older gentleman with a long grey beard, and a shorter middle aged woman who both are horrible at customers service, always have an angry mood and make me avoid the store as there are much better options. Sucks as this is the closest one to my house, will be driving farther for the better service from here on out.
I love going to different cannabis stores, and this one is definitely not my favorite. Every time I go there they are not friendly, they look miserable, and talk rudely. I have also been rushed when trying to figure out what I wanted. Would definitely recommend trying a different dispensary instead.
I always feel good leaving. Like I've been taken care of. Then, when I get home, I know that I have been. Truly means a lot, more than you know. Thank you avec Merci.
Convenient location, helpful staff but holy smokes the store reeked of body odour.
