Roll into this shop and say High to Melissa. Ask about how you can help bring the culture back to our industry by avoiding those brands that take shortcuts and remediate their products. Support those brands that take the time to do things right.

2nd time that I've bought bad products from them and they refuse to refund or exchange. The managers never stand behind the products they sell and always deflect it off on the brand, telling you to contact the brand yourself. Any other store in town that I've been to such as Willie's or Tru North will refund you or exchange and make it right. The amount of money we spend trying to support local businesses and this is the kind of thanks we get as consumers. Awesome! We know where not to shop anymore. P.S all the staff I've dealt with have been amazing and exceptional. I feel sorry that they have to deal with bosses like these
