Staff working was weird. Immediately entering the store , there was bad vibes from behind the counter. Asked for some hybrid pre roll options and was shown a 1:1. Then when I asked to look more closely at the package, staff would not relinquish control of the package; keeping their grubby little fingers on it as if I was gonna make a run for it. There's a canna cabana across the street, I would recommend going there for better service and lower prices.
Just called to ask about rosin or live rosin concentrates. The person that answered scoffed and replied we only carry shatter and "disty dabbers". Coop needs to employ someone who actually knows the industry to curate a menu that accommodates all cannabis members. I would suggest anyone that shops here go somewhere like green spot just north of this store on macleod. They have a well rounded menu and staff that care.
Paid almost $10 more for a product they usually get elsewhere and also I got a product that was packaged in the summer? Way overpriced and very unfresh. I will avoid this place for now on, I don't mind paying extra for something which is why I bought it, but the freshness is totally unfair, in all reality, I just paid $40 for 3, 7 month old 1/2 gram pre-rolls.
Jordan was very helpful and informative about which types of cannibis to choose. Excellent customer service! 5/5!
