I was looking for a very particular special order item and they were the only place in B.C. that had it. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. They even went above and beyond the call of duty to get it to me in Vancouver overnight.

Went into the store before a hike and didn't have much cash on us but they made it work and work well. They were kind and knowledgeable. Tons of selection and most important dog friendly.
Went in here for the first time last week, a guy named Matt helped me out he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable I was impressed with the level of customer service, I will def be back!!! My new favourite dispensary in Kelowna !!
BEST DISPENSARY IN THE OKANAGAN! The whole staff is awesome! So welcoming, knowledgeable, chill and positive vibes all around! They have endless selection for all products. I love that they support so many local brands/ companies. Kiana and Ashlee always welcome me with a big smile. I highly recommend this shop!
Have been to this location couple times now, first couple times were great! Didn't get a name but the guy with the tattoos was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Then the last time I went in, a guy missing a couple teeth wasn't very pleasant. Not the service I had returned for
