Walked in, took him a minute to come out of the back. Greeted each other. Asked what I was looking for, I replied weed, he chuckled. Then helped me find the menus (paper menus). I asked about deals, he said it's on the board and marked in the menu book. That was it. Then a woman walked in, he helped her, then they started talking. I knew what I wanted, stood in line, played games on my phone. I had time to play two 3 min games before he stopped talking. He didn't ring me up until I put my phone down and looked visibly bothered. Flirt or boast on your own time. First and last time.

Sometimes it's hard to pick which is the "best" cannabis stores because so many carry similar product lines offered through the SLGA.
What makes a difference for me is customer service.
At a recent stop here a clerk dutifully ensured I didn't just get product that matched my requests but ensured I took a receipt when I normally never do.
Unfortunately I encountered one of this 1 in 1000 cartridges that was faulty from the factory, no fault of the store.
Luckily I had my receipt. After some trouble shooting tips and a quick double check the cartridge was faulty I got my replacement and made an additional purchase after because they made the process so easy.
10/10 will go back again just because if this.
Not only are they knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming They've got an excellent selection! And sometimes there's a dog! I consider Canna Green my local!
