I am a regular and have seen this staff deal with a lot of verbal abuse from entitled customers who don't agree with company policies / the literal law around cannabis sales. All staff treat everyone with kindness and respect until they are approached with disrespect. Trina is our usual budtender and always has great recommendations. She's a no-nonsense type of person, which I appreciate and she is more than knowledgeable on what she's selling. Thanks again Trina!!!
This place is one of the better canna cabana's Ive been too. The staff is engaged and pretty knowledgeable for the most part... I had an issue wirh my elite membership not coming up with my phone number so I had to buy the products from my phone whike in the store at other locations while the guy at this location figured out the problem and fixed it for me. This store also has a better display of all the bongs and rigs you can buy....I didn't get a overwhelming feeling of being rushed out which is quite common with dispensaries.
Leah provided such a great experience! She was so nice, helpful, and clearly knew her stuff. I'd definitely recommend asking for her when you visit the store.
Bought the executive membership and couldn't be happier. Purchasing membership online had some glitches, but the amazing staff sorted that efficiently and professionally for me.
Bought the new hyper-colour Pulsar 510 battery (using the membership discount) and it totally changed my sessions for the better.
First rate place, excellent customer service, and prices that beat all others. Found me a new 410 home!
