This is the Worst store of all stores I've visited.
I went in to place an order and a random girl came in and started yelling at me for how I parked outside and I got thrown out of the store for her behaviour. Mind you she was mad because I made a comment about parking in handicap parking spot without a handicap pass as I was injured in a car accident and was trying to park my car where there was no parking except handicap parking and she was sitting in her car with it running in a handicap permit parking claiming she was allowed to park there as her husband had to walk with a cane. She then came inside that store and tried to have her husband who was already in the store to attack me by yelling at me at the top of her lungs telling her husband to get me. The store clerk a man then raised his voice yelling at me and her to leave the store as I wasnt allowed to shop there anymore but continued to allow this lady and her husband to continue ordering there when it was his wife who came in the store hot and heavy and yelling starting unessecary drama to begin with.
Customer service skills are horrible thankfully there are alot of other competitors out there who politely served me. Wish the store clerk handled it correctly and talked to me to find out why she was attacking me and threw her out when she came in hot and heavy starting to yell at me when I was inside minding my own business trying to place an order not causing any scene in the store then it could of been h ..
This canna cabana location is my go-to dispo in Stoney Creek, with lovely staff and a welcoming environment every time I visit. The budtenders are knowledgeable and so friendly. Maggie helped sign up for the elite membership today and was so helpful! 10/10 recommended!
