I just wanted to share the experiences that I had at Canna cabana Edmonton Trail here the employee that rides an E bike. Is an absolute beauty and always has the right recommendations. I love dealing with this person. He really has great customer service and above all is very respectful. He makes my visit to Canna cabana Edmonton Trail, a positive experience.
I love going to this store because they always have sweet product to choose from. My buddy Lee at the store always gives the best recomendations, if they dont have what im looking for at the time! Hell yea Canna
Huge shoutout to the assistant manager! The level of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine kindness I received was unlike anything I've experienced at any other cannabis store. For the first time, I felt like I was truly listened to instead of being stereotyped. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me to products that actually suited my needs, which is surprisingly hard to find. The customer service was absolutely top-notch. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This is easily my new favorite cannabis store, and I can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!
Best canna location I've been too all the staff is very knowledgeable especially the general manager he's always got the best recommendations!
