Any reviews about Fayt being rude are lies told by people who didn't get their way.
That entire store is filled with some of the best employees I have ever encountered.
This is an amazing store with an amazing new manager named Lucas.
I have personally watched these people deal with difficult customers who don't get their way. From my observations, they have always been incredibly polite but firm.
They are beyond reproach in my opinion.
Cana cabana however has a problem.
Removing the menus and leaving us with kiosks is about his brain dead as a thousand year old corpse. Claiming , environmental consciousness is garbage since paper is recyclable.
Then there's the music. Let the staff play actual music. If I wanted to listen to elevator garbage , I would stand in an elevator.
The more I shop here , the more I realize the people at the top are way out of touch with the actual consumer.
If not for the amazing staff who I love interacting with , I wouldn't come here because the company itself seems to be hostile to the customer.
In my opinion , the staff of this store are carrying the entire location and without them, it would probably close eventually.
Jen built the best team any dispensary can hope for.
Jen/Jem...... I don't see a difference.
Canna cabana is one of my go too spots when I am near one. The elite membership is definitely worth the price. The selection is great and they always have my favorite pre rolls the El Blunto 👌 go check em out amazing deals on cleaning supplies too! I won't go anywhere else for those!!
I have never had a bad experience in any of your locations, and I frequent a lot of them. I have seen so much bad behavior from some "customers" , over being asked for ID, and it breaks my heart to see such nice employees treated so badly over a rule! Keep your head up team! You are always polite and friendly when I come in store!
Hello. I'm Dr greenthumb.
Do you like being able to read a menu to see what you're about to buy when you go into a cannabis store? Sure. We all do. Well then, DO NOT COME HERE. With no tangible menu to read. People wander aimlessly about the store. While the clerks have to chase everyone around, answering everyone's questions. Such as, " Do you have ? " Which takes them away from the till. Which in turn slows down the whole process. Making this a consumer nightmare. Not to mention they're discriminatory "elite" club, which I will have to get into in another review. Anyway High Tide executives in head office, need to give their heads a shake. Instead of always finding ways to make the consumer spend more money. Why not help the consumer, feel like they had a good experience? And get more revenue by repeat customers. Just a thought. Grow your own.
