Depends on who is working when I go in ALL STAFF are friendly but not all staff are knowledgeable
Ive actually heard employees talk down to elderly customers because they don't know what they're doing or buying. Ive heard them non discreetly telling customers their payment has declined. Most products I try to buy they don't have even though it says right there that it's in stock? So? Seems very unprofessional and mismanaged. The other place is no better but idk. Maybe time to find a new hobby if they act like that towards their elders. Or just buy for way cheaper online lawl.
I can't believe I got turned away just because the cashier asked if I smoked weed today, and when I said I smoked weed ashes, she told me they couldn't sell to people who smoke in the morning. What kind of ridiculous rule is that? It's honestly so messed up. I wasn't even impaired, just doing my thing, and they treat me like I'm some kind of criminal. I won't ever go back there. The new weed store's selection is amazing though, and it's closer, so at least there's that. But honestly, it just sucks that this is how people are treated these days. It feels like you can't even enjoy yourself without being judged. Guess I'll have to keep looking for a place where I'm not made to feel like I'm doing something wrong.
