Super fast, super reliable. Amazing selection, lovely customer service and personal touches on orders. OBSESSED. My new fave shop.
Had a good chat with co-owner Mike this afternoon. Was very impressed by his business model. He equally values/respects both customer loyalty and the primarily bike based team that provides their prompt delivery service.
I cannot recommend 1922 highly enough. Being from the States, I ran into some major hurdles trying to navigate the local Interac/payment systems, but Mike and Brooke were absolute legends.
Instead of just telling me 'sorry, we can't help,' they actually jumped on the phone and worked with me personally to ensure my order went through and was delivered. It's rare to find a business—especially in this industry—that provides that level of genuine, human-to-human support.
Even though I did everything online and over the phone, their passion for what they do and their commitment to their customers was crystal clear. If you want to support an independent shop that actually cares about people (and has a killer selection), this is the place. Thanks again, 1922! See you in a few months!

The staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to product. The other day I was recommended the rocketeer by woody Nelson and it was the best high I've ever had. This product was better than what I originally wanted to get. They carry great quality product and have great owners and staff who know what they're talking about. 5 stars all the way
