Product is fine. Quality is better than St Mary's for sure… my problem is, you can't just browse with out a "Guide" in Your face the whole time tell you about everything… while other wait impatiently behind you. Move the counter closer to the product so it can be easily read and let customers take their own product to an already waiting cashier. If you need a guide have one on standby to be flagged down… It's cannabis , not heroin. Imagine if liquor stores in the province were like that… the lines would be astronomical.
Expansive but good quality
Forgot my ID. Came back with valid ID and was told by Matt that he was reporting me to loss prevention for refusing to produce an ID. As he was holding my drivers license. When I asked for guidance, I was told that I could report my customer service experience like he was "reporting me to loss prevention". Matt seemed to enjoy embarrassing me in front of other customers. Maddy was condescending and discriminatory. Bizarre customer service experience.
So much better than anything in Nova Scotia has to offer.
Clean, professional and they even sell plants.
