Decent store, good selection and nice enough selection to choose from. Good location, easy to get too, plenty of parking and staff are knowledgeable enough on the products that they have
Hit N miss with this place staff need to know there products better. Product sre to expensive 160 is there highest OZ and it's not worth that. The cheep stuff lives upto the standards of if it's cheep you get what you pay for.
I like that there's Manu different kinds I hate how we can't see or smell it befor buying any. I also hate that they sell 3.5 in a joint and want 30$ for 3. I like how they stopped talking everything. I also don't like them pushing products on me when I say I have 20$ to spend in this shop don't try and sell me a 60$ vape pet that I obviously already told them I couldn't afford.
One guy uptown is absolutely amazing helps me with it all prices kinds what they have in them made out of he is always in a good mood or at least fakes it. That one man gets 5 stars 🌟. If it wasent for him I wouldn't trust the store.
Very well educated and qualified to answer any questions I asked. Polite and very clean stores.
Bought a cartridge that wouldn't work and the manufacture date said Feb 2025. They wouldn't return it. Said it should work (according to their fancy detector) when it clearly didn't, i'm not new at this. So I told them to keep it and id shop elsewhere, they told me that I couldn't leave the cartridge there, so I said give it to me and ill throw it out, then he wouldn't give it back to me and told me i couldn't throw it out. I left at that point.
I bought a cartridge for the price advertised, it didn't work, and it was a year old and I had the receipt.
Ill shop elsewhere. There's a nice place in Hampton.
Customer service is still top notch!!! However I wanted to update my review as I have been quite unsatisfied with the prerolls lately. I've had issues with the infused gumming up badly and not burning and issues with regular prerolls being half empty when I go to smoke them. The thing is half filter and then the joint is half empty.
These pics are literally 4 different joints and they were not the only ones. Sooo frustrating.
