I visited Canna Cabana recently to pick up a dab rig and some accessories, and overall, it was a great experience with just one minor technical snag.
The Highlights
• Exceptional Service: The customer service here is top-tier. The staff member who helped me (I really wish I had caught her name!) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through the different products, explained exactly how to use the rig, and offered some fantastic recommendations that I'm really happy with.
• Fair Pricing: Their prices are very decent compared to other shops in the area, especially if you are looking for hardware and accessories.
The One Downside
The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is due to a frustrating membership glitch. I had purchased the Elite membership online for $30, but when I got to the store, their system didn't recognize me as a member. Apparently, the website and the in-store systems don't always "talk" to each other.
Thankfully, the staff was proactive and found a workaround: I placed a mobile order on my phone right there in the shop, and they packed it up immediately. It worked, but it was an unnecessary extra step that could have been avoided. It would be helpful if there was a sign on the door or a disclaimer on the site warning people about this sync issue before they pay for the membership.
Final Verdict: I'll definitely be back for the great vibes and expertise, but hopefully, the tech side of things gets a much-needed up ..
