I went there yesterday the staff was so rude and One male employee with facial piercings particular treats customers like they're a nuisance rather than the reason this business exists. I asked to do price match, he said we only accept on brand website he said we don't allow and same thing saying he was rather than any alternative I Guess they were non professional. Never visit again. Rude staff.
Love the staff at this store. I'm a fan of @valubuds in general but the staff here is top shelf. Always friendly always kind always efficient! Keep up the great work and have a fantastic day! 😊
I came in the store today and And some girl working named safire rejected me when I was clearly over the age of minority she is unprofessional. she had red hair and was extremely rude. I wont be going back.
I go to this store always and they decided that cause I'm on the phone there gonna denied my service cause I was on the phone that's unbelievable I go here always they just lost my $50 sale. I been on my phone here before and they never were rude like that
First experience here was great! Staff was awesome, Shai was super helpful (hope I'm spelling that right)! Will be back!
