I went in with no idea what I was doing. The representative who helped me, Cas was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was so grateful for all her help. I will be going back again and I will be looking for her. She is a real gem.
This is my go to place - all the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable, especially Cass! She's the best! And the sales they have are incredible.
My first impression of the place was ..meh.
Now that I've been a regular customer for a few years..all I have to say is...okay..maybe I mis-judged them too fast. They've really stepped up their game. I'd have to say it's my #1 place to go now! The selection & consistency of their products has been amazing. The staff are great & (Cas)..man..she's top notch. Always friendly and approachable with an amazing energy that's UN-MATCHED! I would definitely say this place has really impressed me.

Always super friendly staff! Don't rush me but always happy to help and know what they are talking about. Great selection most of the time have better prices than Discount Cannabis! Highly recommend True North when it comes to having what you need. Cass has always been a wonderful uplifting person that brings the vibes up every time we come in!
