The staff are wonderful but the owners must be high, they won't even order things for you they have access to. Service 10/10 and friendly but whoever is running the show yeeeesh bud

I have tried to locate an contact email to express my disappointment. The team that works there is great but inventory and selection is lacking. Website stock isn't correct. Please order more. I had to drive out of town.
I'm from Ayr and love the idea of supporting local, but it's very difficult when this shop has limited or none of the products I'm looking for.
My boyfriend smokes strictly concentrates and while he usually shops at other stores, as they have a wider variety and knowledge, he occasionally will pop in to Speakeasy. Granted, he still frequents this store enough that I was once told by an employee that "he's a local celebrity" at the store (at least once every 2 weeks). All that being said, they still do not stock more than 1-2 packages of concentrates at a time and today had absolutely none.
We have tried to work with the employees, write our requests on their special order form, come in on days they say deliveries will be made, etc. and still have no luck with this store. I'm not looking to give any stores in our little town a poor rating, but find that the current ratings do not accurately depict this store.
Overall, Speakeasy Ayr might be great for an inexperienced smoker, but their product is not good quality and there's very little selection, which is why we will only be using them for emergency's from here on out.
