Great shop!! Alex assisted me and went above the call of duty in recommending products that he likes as well as other options. Stopped here on my way but will be back solely on his customer service!
ordered delivery, order was not delivered and called past the delivery time to receive an update on my order and was told to call back in 5 minutes as they were having issues. I called 5 times with no answer to only find out 20 minutes later they canceled my pre paid order.
The customer service from Anudeep and Sulu was so phenomenal, they made us feel like family, and their knowledge was impressive!
