I've been here a few times now. Greeted at the point of entry, staff are always engaging with customers and take their time regardless of "line-ups" a truly customer centric approach. Yesterday I had a lovely, super tall & melanated gentleman help me in a timely manner. I requested a solid quarter and distillate. He was honest having not tried one of the products but said it had good reviews from others. He was attentive, professional and pleasant. I will continue to return as a former experienced rep/brand ambassador and cannabis enthusiast myself. It is nice to banter and inquire but also get straight to the point. I have the utmost confidence that this staff is well versed on their product knowledge and brands in the current over saturated climate. I fully intend to return. Well done Rise 👏

Nice store and staff, but they have no real menu for ounces. I was forced to use a old tablet to browse the store product, which was painfully slow and tedious. No thank you.

I'm an Afghan gwot vet and we are regularly prescribed high dose cannabis. I've also smoked most of my adult life and would consider myself an afficiando of cannabis. I encountered a very friendly young dark straight haired woman behind the counter who advised me very scientifically on the best products likely to help with my peculiar encumbrances. She was very very knowledgable with less popular products to the point of having real experience and effortlessly guided me to what should be best. I normally don't charge intoba weed shop listing my complaints but this particular shop has a higher level of knowledge, I have found. They speak the language. There is a young male looking darker fellow, possibly phillipino who is an expert as well. Regardless of who is in there the shop gives me a medical grade knowledge backed up with quality product. Very grateful to converse with a pedigreed and intelligent professional like ms K tonight. Cheer team
