They have a price BEAT option! Forget the price match, they'll beat another stores price if you can show them the price :)
Arya and Donovan are new but they helped me find exactly what I needed and even called their manager to confirm the price beat option!

They were out of my regular CBD pre rolls but explained to me that they hadn't been available to order - and because they knew I come every week they brought in a very similar product for me and took my phone number for when my regular stuff comes back into stock on the government website!
If you want above and beyond service head to Prime Cannabis in Kelowna - they are so friendly and will make sure you leave happy!
Came in this week and was helped by Brooke. She was so nice and helpful. Literally the best service I've had in a long time. Hard to find hard working people like her nowadays. Got me exactly what I wanted when I didn't even know what I was coming in for! Will be coming back!
Beware of Tabitha, she will throw product at you and treat you with no respect. Just got out of hospital for cancer treatment and my mom and I got treated with such disrespect from Tabitha. Hopefully management is aware of how rude, disrespectful Tabitha is. She should not be out in public.
