I had such a great experience at Plantlife thanks to Meagan! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely took the time to help me. She listened to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions with confidence, and explained the different options without making me feel rushed or pressured.
What really stood out was her product knowledge and how much she cared about making sure I left with something that fit exactly what I was looking for. She was patient, professional, and made the whole shopping experience comfortable and enjoyable.
Customer service like Meagan's is hard to find these days. She went above and beyond, and it's clear she takes pride in helping customers. I'll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service she provided. Thanks again, Meagan!
Amazing staff, Aaron with all the happy faces on his arm is always very helpful. he's always suggesting me very great products like 1964 or claybournes infused pre rolls. Every vape I have gotten from him has always been a hit and always bringing me back for more. My favorite part in coming to this location is hearing that happy smoking.
The team and Manager at this location are top shelf, much like the products they sell. They are Very knowledgeable and ready to let you experience the enjoyment of cannibis in whatever form you prefer.Aaron is my fav. by far, with the Manager, whose name I can never pronounce, being #2.
My biggest disappointment: There is never parking close to their location due to the inconsiderate adjecent staff and delivery drivers who believe they are entitled to use the spaces. Unfortunately the uncleanlieness of the waste area makes it unpleasant to walk past to get to the location.
