Top notch customer service highly recommend.
I came into this store genuinely excited to buy something, and instead I got some of the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere. The employee (male, glasses, dark skin) working inside was rude, impatient, and acted like helping me was an inconvenience from the moment I walked in.
All I asked for was a single pre‑roll. He immediately looked annoyed, pointed vaguely at a section I was already looking at, then grabbed one random pre‑roll from a cupboard without asking me a single question; not what strain I prefer, not THC level, not budget, nothing. Just "this will do," like he wanted me out the door.
When I calmly asked if there were more options, he got defensive and tried to flip the situation on me by asking why I was "mad," even though I wasn't upset at all. If he didn't want to serve me, he could've just said so. I walked out because I refuse to spend money somewhere that treats customers like a burden.
I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely awful and absolutely deserves to be called out.
My experience in this place was amazing. The service was super nice:) I am definitely visit here again!
