I went to purchase a dab pen, but the employee sold me a battery without asking if I already had one. After stepping outside and opening the package, I realized it wasn't the product I expected. When I went back in right away to explain the situation, they refused to return or exchange the item.
I ended up wasting an extra $15(+tax) on something I didn't need, which was really disappointing. I understand policies about opened products, but better communication from the staff would have prevented this in the first place. I won't be coming back and would recommend sticking to Session instead.
hands down best place in port Colborne employees are great had a problem they rectified it no problem no questions asked very friendly and accommodating definitley be going again for more products
Highly recommended. First time customer here and the staff was super helpful and friendly. They made some great recommendations and the prices are great too. Best spot in the area
