Go to Cost Cannabis in peterborough instead. MUCH better prices. I'm sorry to say this, because the staff that actually work in the store are amazing.
Another 2 months and still no response from this buisness owner. BUT they did change the "loyalty" cards! They will now SAY 10% off highest price item. You haven't earned loyalty this way, but you've shown your level of integrity.
Does this place have a manager? Maybe I'd have better luck getting information from that person.
Would be nice to get an email back about the falsely advertised "loyalty program". Been almost exactly a month since I emailed. Staff are absolutely fantastic, super polite and professional. Owner has been directing employees to not give 10% off every tenth visit, as the loyalty card says. Will only give you 10% off most expensive item. Not right. Owner needs to honor what is advertised.

I have been attending OC since it opened. Christine has been my main Budtender. She has worked hard to get all the products not only I like but that I actually need for my health. She has become so knowledgeable in my requests she knows what to recommend me for different things I may be doing that day (event, nature walk, just home comfort). I am thankful for Christine's help and she also always has a smile and is up for a chat. Please pass this review to her so she is aware that she truly is appreciated in the services she offers to her customers.
